No grievances whatever. This device, ranked 6000 BTUH, cools 2 complete rooms, where a "big-box special" 10,000 BTUH device does not quite handle one (somewhat smaller sized than the 2 others). Its low-profile design produces an up-and-over air circulation that disperses cool air around the space, rather of blowing directly out and straight on individuals. It has different fans for indoor cooling and outdoor condensing, so it's more effective than an economical single-fan device and just hums when it needs to.
